I recently hired Igho as the architectural designer for our 3m permitted development in Tooting. Having never used her services before, she had very good local knowledge, I was lucky to find her. Especially as I had spoken to several others architects beforehand. Her service was tailored to meet the clients needs, whilst also giving the client useful points to consider on the build, she took care of all the applications, drawings, and surveys.

Several times over the course of the build, I needed to contact her for advice or chasing up the council, party wall agreements, structural beams and more. Whether I contacted her by phone or email, she would always respond quickly - even on her day off. Checking in on the progress of the build. Adding that extra layer of comfort on achieving our end goal. I would definitely recommend her for your next build. She is professional and friendly, with a good knowledge of design and build, and building regulations.
